Operation | The monitor collects patient data using different methods for different parameters such as ECG, IBP, NIBP, temperature, SpO2, cardiac output, heart rate, respiratory rate, EEG, and transcutaneous blood gases. The input is then amplified, processed, and displayed as a waveform and/or a numerical value. Alarm limits can then be adjusted to desired levels to alert medical staff of undesirable health conditions. |
